At HS Decor, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Used or damaged items (not due to our fault)

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.
If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The amount will be refunded to your original payment method

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us.

Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is damaged or incorrect)

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures as proof.
